This is an optional feature which can be enabled on the home page dashboard.

Adding some pictures to your playlist will liven up the screen and might make it more likely that the screen will be used.

You can upload up to 12 pictures (jpg, jpeg, gif or png format) and file sizes should be no more than 2MB. The pictures will appear at random for about 15 seconds each between message on the playlist.

Important note about security

Please remember that anything you put on the screen will be visible to anyone who visits the room where it is located. While this will present no more risk than a post-it note you might put up in the same room, you should take the same precautions as you would with a post-it. We recommend that you avoid including any of the following in your screen content

  • Bank, building society or savings account numbers
  • Passwords
  • References to the location of any cash or valuables
  • Reference to any lengthy periods when the property might be empty (eg holidays, hospital stays)
